Manpower Supplier Diversity Program
As one of the world’s largest employers and a leading provider of workforce solutions, Manpower is committed to a diverse workforce. As part of this commitment, we have an ongoing program in place designed to help us create and develop relationships with diversity vendors and suppliers. Working together, we can strengthen the economic wealth of our diverse business communities. This, in turn will contribute to the overall growth and expansion of our markets and help us successfully build our business.
Supplier Diversity Program Overview
Our Supplier Diversity Program was designed to provide innovative approaches to recruiting, developing and increasing our diverse supplier base. Our program includes women, minorities, veterans, disadvantaged, and small business owners who share our mission of providing quality services to their customers.
Manpower is committed to developing relationships with diversity suppliers to collaborate on the innovative workforce solutions we offer to our customers worldwide. Through these collaborative efforts, we can help strengthen the economic wealth of our diverse business communities, which will, in turn, contribute to the overall growth and expansion of our markets.
Our Supplier Diversity Program includes three levels of participation. Level choice depends upon the diversity supplier’s size, experience, business operations and interest. Individual programs are customized to maximize the supplier’s growth potential. Programs may include sales and marketing strategies; operational efficiencies; recruiting strategies; industry trends; and training in legal, risk management, proposal writing and presentation skills.
Level 1 – Mentoring
At this level of our program, we help each diversity supplier develop a detailed, time-based plan, customized to specific business needs.
Level 2 – Internship
This level is designed for diversity suppliers interested in business opportunities specific to Manpower. We share our industry expertise, deep knowledge of skill sets and understanding of customer expectations.
Level 3 – Partnership
For diversity suppliers with established excellent business practices, this level provides an opportunity to grow business by partnering with Manpower.
Supplier Diversity Program Goals
