About this webinar:
Upgrading human capital is among the top three business strategies according to Fortune magazine. However, 31% of organizations indicate they do not have the proactive process in place to capture and then pass on a person’s job knowledge. With the onset of the baby boomer retirement, this critical step will be necessary to those organizations that want to retain their competitive advantage in an increasingly knowledge-based global economy.
Talent craves knowledge, and companies that deliver on the promise of talent development have a competitive advantage to attract and retain the best talent. Join us as Joy Kosta, Senior Director of Talent Development & Leadership Communities of Human Capital Institute, and Andrew Jefferson, Chief Executive Officer of Fort Hill Company, cover best practices you can implement to ensure process driven knowledge transfer that materially benefits your business. If you have responsibility for talent development, talent performance and business results, this webcast is for you!
