Diversity is not a new concept to American businesses. Yet today, employers large, medium and small continue to struggle with changing the cultural fabric from compliance to inclusion. There are still many that don’t understand the connection between a diverse workforce and organizational growth. If they do, they may not be sure how to achieve it. Successful recruitment and retention strategies must be mastered now as the economy recovers. In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about some simple solutions that fit into most business models that do require leadership commitment but can be accomplished with limited financial resources. Recruiting diverse talent is a business imperative leading to success or failure in today’s changing and challenging economic times.
