Workforce Development
Putting people to work is our business
All over the world, Manpower, partnering with community organizations, education, businesses and government, engages in workforce development programs that put people to work. Because of our relationships with both employers and individuals, we are uniquely positioned to determine where current and future skills gaps are, identify people who need help entering the workforce, and develop mutually beneficial solutions to bring these two groups together. In this way, we function as a "bridge" to employment for many who would otherwise be unemployed. Over the course of a year, 10,000 individuals receive employment assistance through Manpower's workforce development programs.
TechReach is Manpower-North America?s leading workforce development program, providing participants with a combination of intensive hard-skills training and certification, soft-skills and life-skills assistance, assessment and structured internships with client companies leading to full-time employment, and ongoing mentoring for the adjustment to the demands of more challenging work.
